First order and had no history to go on. I would say slightly slow to arrive. Packaging and instructions excellent. Battery now in situ and working! What more can I say?

Ordered a battery for my laptop. When it arrived I had issues with it being accepted and contacted the customer services. They where really helpful and retired to fix the issue. Then also sent a second battery to try. Although it ended with me requesting a refund as it did not work, nothing about my experience would prevent me from trying again to get a product from laptopbatterydirect. Very fast and efficient service.
